We are currently taking orders for our first 2014 whole chickens! They will be available in May; the exact date will depend on weather.
We raise Freedom Ranger chickens, a breed developed in France specifically to develop excellent flavor when raised entirely on pasture. We charge a flat rate of $16 per chicken, and they are typically 4-6 lbs. Chickens can be picked up in person at our farm in Ligonier, or arrange to have your chicken delivered to our Pittsburgh drop-off points in East Liberty or the North Hills.
